
Tenancy Management
Our tenancies are managed using Arthur, a secure third-party property management platform. Arthur is used to support communication relating to repairs and maintenance, tenancy information and the recording of rental payments. The platform provides a clear point of contact for our tenants and helps maintain consistent records and audit trails.
Tenant Portal access is provided at the start of the tenancy.

Where Twenty Property Group holds the freehold interest, we retain responsibility for the strategic management of the building and common parts. This includes oversight of compliance matters, building fabric, planned maintenance and longer-term lifecycle considerations.
Management decisions are informed by proportionate risk assessment, documented decision-making and professional advice where appropriate. The objective is to ensure buildings are safe, compliant and maintained to reasonable standards over time.
For blocks containing multiple occupancies, arrangements are structured to reflect the nature of the asset and the interests of occupiers. Where specialist expertise is required, suitably qualified professional advisers and contractors are appointed to support robust outcomes.
